youth OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
Our Youth Olympic Weightlifting program focuses on developing proper technique, strength, and mobility to excel in this highly technical sport. Tailored for teens and adults, this program teaches the Snatch and Clean & Jerk with a focus on precision and power. Athletes of all levels are supported as they work towards personal bests, compete at state and national events, and build a strong foundation for long-term athletic success.

STRENGTH FOR YOUR SPORT
This program is designed for athletes from all sports who want to improve their strength and conditioning. Whether you're a runner, swimmer, gymnast, or any other type of athlete, our Strength for Your Sport program will help you develop sport-specific strength, enhance endurance, and reduce the risk of injury. We focus on improving overall movement patterns, building functional strength, and developing explosive power to elevate your performance in your chosen sport.

MASTER LIFTERS (ADULTS)
Our Master Lifters program is dedicated to adults who want to build or maintain their strength, whether for general fitness or competitive Olympic Weightlifting. This program provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals of all ages who wish to develop strength, improve mobility, and maintain an active lifestyle. Whether you're starting your lifting journey or continuing your competitive pursuit, our experienced coaches will guide you through proper lifting techniques, ensuring progress while preventing injury.

STRONG KIDS
The Strong Kids program focuses on developing physical literacy and strength in children under 12. Through fun and engaging activities, we teach kids fundamental movement patterns like jumping, lifting, and running, all while building strength and confidence. This program provides a solid foundation for future athletic pursuits, helping kids improve strength, coordination, flexibility, and endurance. It's all about making fitness fun and building strong, healthy habits that last a lifetime.
